ASSISTANT PROFESSOR POSITION (Tenure - Track Faculty Position) Department of Construction Management and Industrial Engineering

Applications are invited for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning in the Spring of 2009. The candidate should be able to teach undergraduate CM courses related to industrial construction, project management and structural technology and have a research interest in some CM related research area with funding potential in order to be considered.

Required Qualifications: B.S. and Ph.D. degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines; strong evidence of outstanding research potential. 

Additional Qualifications Desired: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At the time of appointment the terminal degree must be complete. Preference will be given to those candidates with university teaching experience. 

Responsibilities: Teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses; pursues sponsored research; supervises graduate research.
